A Message from Golden Square
As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, many retailers have been required by legislation to temporarily close their business or in the absence of being required to do so, have elected to do so in order to protect their staff, suppliers and customers. At this date, all tenants in Golden Square Shopping Centre have temporarily suspended trading (With the exception of Boots, Iceland, Holland & Barrett, Superdrug, Wilko, Nationwide, the Post Office and Vision Express who will remain open and can be accessed via the Horsmarket Street and Legh Street entrances. Please note that Vision Express is open for essential and urgent eye care by appointment only.). In support of such action, it follows Golden Square does not need to retain formal opening hours to the public and it is in the interests of all to minimise risks to centre teams, the public, tenants premises and the centre’s facilities (whilst also reducing the operating costs of the centre). Accordingly, Golden Square will be closed from Tuesday 24thMarch 2020. As and when the government and tenants take the decision to re-open their businesses, we will do what we can to support them.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
